The Farmers Market in Roma

It's very important for us to get the experience of what it's like to really be Italian and what a day could look like. I know for myself I rarely get an opportunity to get to the farmers market back home due to the convenience of local super food store's like Wegmans and Tops.
To be honest I have never seen a market this big ever! It was probably double if not triple the size of the farmers market in Rochester.
Rows upon rows of vendors layed out in a grid. Selling everything from housewares to foods of all variety.

Prosciutto right off the bone!

This homemade mozzarella was the best we've ever had!

We found ourselves simple a simple lunch of prosciutto, mozzarella, vine tomatoes, over a bed of lettuce on fresh Italian bread with EVOO (pure Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil).

 Paired with a red Italian wine.
